Overview

SentrixFM is a unified Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform. It integrates maintenance management, asset tracking, location hierarchy, and work order operations. Strategic planning is visualized using BPMN.js workflows, with automation via n8n and intelligent optimization from SentrixAI.

Getting Started

  1. Sign in to the manager portal: sentrixfm.com/manager/auth/login
  2. Tenant provisioning is automatic; a dedicated database schema is created per organization.
  3. Configure feature flags to enable modules: Maintenance, Assets, Locations, Inventory.
  4. Optionally import existing data or start fresh with onboarding guides.
